Welcome to the 2010
Vankleek Hill Fair
The Vankleek Hill Agricultural Society is proud to host the 166th edition of the Vankleek Hill Fair – one of the oldest agricultural fairs in the province.
The weather is getting warmer and we’re all looking forward to spending more time outside, to enjoy our beautiful Ontario landscape.
The farmers of the area are in the fields, as soon as the earth is warm and dry enough, planting their crops for the year. They spend a lot of time in the fields, from spring to fall, seeding, maintaining their crops and harvesting them, in order to feed their livestock and all of us.
We all look to summer for special times spent outdoors – gardening, camping, hiking, sightseeing, swimming, bicycling, boating, windsurfing, canoeing, sunbathing, attending fairs, festivals, and family get-togethers, and if we’re lucky, spending some peaceful time at a cottage on a lake or river.
Since we live in a climate of four seasons, many popular outdoor activities occur at all times of the year, in our area.
Due to the amount of enjoyable and work time spent outdoors, we, as directors, decided on the theme – "Outdoor Living" for this year’s fair.
We invite you to look through the pages of our website, to discover the many attractions, competitions and activities our fair has to offer. There is truly something for everyone.
To our community sponsors, volunteers, participants and attendees, we thank you for your continued support of the fair.
We look forward to seeing you at the fair in August!

Thank you to the Scotiabank, Vankleek Hill
